Guys

What costs am I looking at when I want to purchase a yacht, lets say its a 22 ft yacht

So theres the cost of the purchase (paid once)
then insurance (paid yearly)
then mooring fees (paid yearly)

What other costs should I be considering please ?

Do I need to pass an exam to use the radio, I already have my amateur radio class A and B lics (12 wpm morse code)

You also need to think about the craning in & out fees £95 x 2 per year. our very own Matt runs a very successful GMDSS radio course for using the VHF ship to shore - he does this when he has about 8 takers
